Hi, I’m
Diogo.

Product Manager Fullstack Engineer

Product manager by title. Engineer by mindset. I enjoy finding the right balance between strategy and execution — working closely with customers, developers and operators to build technology that creates real-world impact. Currently at AiFi, helping scale autonomous retail through AI and computer vision.

How I work

Two disciplines, one continuous loop

Most people hand off between strategy and build. I keep the thread — which means faster decisions and fewer things lost in translation.

As a Product Manager

Translating ambiguous problems into a clear bet — discovery, prioritisation, and the metric that proves it worked.

  • Discovery & user research
  • Roadmapping & prioritisation
  • Stakeholder & team leadership
  • Data-informed decisions

As a Fullstack Engineer

Shipping the whole stack — from React interfaces down to distributed services, infra, and the pipelines between them.

  • React / TypeScript front-ends
  • Node & Go services, APIs
  • Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD
  • Computer vision & low-latency systems

AI reporting assistant for radiologists.

A solo product, end to end: dictate findings in clinical language, an LLM structures the draft, and a deterministic rules engine computes the classification — PI-RADS, TI-RADS and 25 more — always citing the official guideline. The radiologist reviews and owns every report.

Occasional notes on building products, infra and the odd homelab rabbit hole.
